When contacting our Technical Service Department, please have the Model Number and the Serial Number of the product in question. Please, be prepared to provide the Technical Service Representative with a detailed description of the problem and have access to the instrument in order to perform immediate diagnostic checks if necessary.

Service Loaner Equipment may be provided, upon request, at no charge during the warranty period in the event your equipment requires service or repair. This allows you to continue to provide critical services while the equipment is being repaired.
